About Transfolio

Built by people who've run transformation programmes.

Transfolio was built by senior transformation practitioners — people who have spent careers advising and leading large-scale change programmes inside global enterprises. We built the platform we wished we'd had: structured, evidence-based, and designed for the realities of transformation governance, not the ideals of it. Transfolio is a product of Probability Consulting AB, registered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We've been in the steering committees, the governance reviews, and the difficult conversations with sponsors. Transfolio reflects what we learned — about what works, what doesn't, and what leaders actually need to see. Every module exists because we experienced the gap it fills.

Our mission

We started Transfolio because we kept seeing the same failure mode — talented leaders, well-funded programmes, genuine organisational commitment — undone by a lack of structured visibility. The information existed. It just wasn't surfaced in the right form, at the right time, to the right people.
